Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has made a lasting impression on the screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. Her most memorable character came in 2006 on Law & Order where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared for 85 episodes. In the following seasons, she was a part of The Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. De La Garza received nominations for a variety of awards including the award for Best Supporting Actress-TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well as a number of ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, she won the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performances in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring actor on CSI Miami. She portrayed Marisol Deko in the role of Horatio his wife. She played the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano was cancelled by NBC after only two episodes.
